2012 is bringing about a big change for our family because we decided that I will be leaving my job to stay home with Emma! Ian and I talked (and talked, and talked, then talked some more) about this for quite awhile before making the final decision that I would finish out 2011 with ADP then become a full time Mom.
I've been working at ADP for 3 1/2 years, ended my most successful year the month before I had Emma, felt like I was (finally!!!) an expert on our products, processes and procedures, really enjoyed my co-workers and what I did there.... but, since I started back to work in October my heart just hasn't been in that job 100%. And when you work in sales on commission you need to be fully committed!! :)
There were so many factors going into this decision and it's such a completely different situation from family to family to go from two incomes to one. Ultimately it just came down to us seeing that Emma is just growing and changing DAILY, and it was more important to us that I'm home with her than any paycheck I'd be bringing home.
I'm extremely blessed to even have the opportunity to stay home with her, and more importantly to have a husband that's extremely supportive and just as excited as I am that one of us will be here to experience her firsts - and hopefully capture them on film!
Hopefully now that I'm home to supervise her computer usage mroe often, Emma will have more time for blogging and keeping up with the wonderful memories we make with her every day!

YEAH!!! What a great opportunity! They really are changing so fast. I have a helper that stays with Dylan while I work but I am only working 2.5 days a week starting in Feb. Very exciting that you get to do this :)

Thank you for the supportive words ladies!! I'm so excited and blessed to be with her and to have such awesome friends :) In the short time I've been home it's been so incredible, I'm excited for you Christina, you'll love it!
